Why should I pay an agency to take care of my Facebook page?

Have you noticed that nowadays every company has a social media account? And that we always try to find out where “store x” is by doing a quick search on Facebook, for example? Or before calling a pizzeria, when we look for their Facebook page to see if they have the menu there? Or, even to know if it is open at that moment? Facebook reached the mark of 2 billion monthly active users, this figure was announced by Mark Zuckerberg himself, Facebook's executive president, in June .  However, many companies use social media in the wrong way. See an excerpt taken from the book “Social Media Monitoring and Metrics”, by Diego Monteiro and Ricardo Azarite: “A social company is not one that simply adopts 2.0 tools, but one that puts employees and leaders in contact with the market in the face of face, with creativity, autonomy and transparency.” It’s not enough to just have a profile on social media, you have to be present on it! And to have a presence on Facebook, for example, it's not enough to make several cute posts weekly, you need to create posts with a strategy and most importantly: sponsor them! Today , many companies think that just having a page on social media is a reason to keep their “communication” up to date and that their sales will increase with each post published on the web, but this is far from being a reality .

It's not enough to just have a page, you need to have number database the right strategies to reach the desired audience and make them convert into loyal customers and buyers of your brand.  Social networks are not just for sales , remember that they are an entertainment channel for internet users and you must provide entertainment with content ( understand how to sell more using content in your company ). Furthermore, when purchasing, people look for how recommendable the company is, how involved it is with customers, what transparency and trust it conveys to customers and how willing it is to serve and take any questions the customer has. A BASIC  Respond to comments (as long as they are relevant) quickly and as clearly and efficiently as possible. Remember that a page is a channel of proximity to you and your customer; 2 – Just because you post every day doesn’t mean your company will sell more! Quantity is not quality and is not a guarantee that you are truly reaching your audience, much less generating sales; 3 – Social networks are not just for trying to sell, remember that it is an entertainment channel for internet.



Be careful with your words and be prepared with posts that can “cause”. The public that will read your page is an opinion leader, on the internet everyone has a voice. A stepping on the ball” can be fatal; 5 – Have a budget for advertising . It is important to have a good segmented sponsorship strategy to reach the right audience. Sponsored ads are essential, Facebook, Instagram and any other network wants money ); 6 – The probability of having another company in the same segment as yours is practically 100%. Creating strategies and differentiated communication is essential. Don't try to copy what others do, your brand needs to have its own personality. It is worth mentioning that seasonal promotions are used by practically 80% of the market; 7 – Monitor what people are saying about your brand on sites such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Trip Advisor, Foursquare, etc.; 8 – Pay attention to comments, negative messages, when not responded to intelligently, end up being frowned upon. Evaluate whether the comment came from a customer or potential customer and whether it is coherent to respond. If it's just nonsense, delete it, if you let it show and don't respond.
